A question about good childcare

Hello,
I was wondering about possibilities of finding a good nanny for our infant son. Is it safe? Where to look? About how much would it cost each month?

Thank you, Sheetul. Will do that. Nobody has responded so far. Do you know anything about this matter? We are looking into moving to Bahrain. But finding a good childcare/nanny for our baby is the one of the biggest concerns we have. I'll appreciate any kind of info and/or advice. Thanks in advance.
