Language exchange - Mandarin to Vietnamese/English

Hi all,
I'm 34 years old Vietnamese man, living in HCM city and working in the electronics field. I really love to learn Mandarin for explore the opportunity to reallocate to Shanghai. So I would like to have a language exchange with a Chinese in HCM, I could help him/her to learn Vietnamese or English (my English is at advance level).
Looking forward to finding good friends for this.
