how dose the mail system work ?

I think like the mail system everywhere. Depends on type of mail service you choose and point of origin to determine how long it will take. I've posted stuff to South Africa, and mailed a box of books from Anguilla in the Eastern Caribbean, to Shashemene in Ethiopia and got everything intact.
