I have SR.1000, I tried all my best to refund through my bank account but it doesn't accept.

did you cancel your request at MOI ? if you don't then you won't get it.

You can cancel through SADAD payment options from your Bank Debit Card.
Once cancelled it will automatically be credited to the card that was used to pay it.

It will be different according to your bank card, just go in SADAD options and you shall see cancel or refund
