What was the medical reason for rejection ?? Usually All GCC countries almost follow the same rules for medical and they have certified GAMCA approved labs where tests have to be carried out. If you have been found to be having some medical condition which is not suitable for Bahrain, chances are that might be true for Saudi also.

But you can always try your luck

I want to know if Bahrain cancellation reason status,  is that can be checked by Saudi and they denied me the visa or make problem in arrival.

Bcoz Bahrain is near to Saudi.

If your medical for Saudi gets cleared then only you will be stamped Saudi visa in your PP and it has got nothing to do with the previous rejection by Bahrain !!
