Have you tried to apply at Telecom companies? you have a big chance as there are dedicated departments for network support and consultation managed by females.
Also try to check for openings at multinational companies like Microsoft, PHILIPS, Siemens, GE, and even at Princess Noura University and King Saud University- female branch.
