Vegetarians in Muscat

Hi...I come from Northern part of India. I have ben offered a job in Muscat and shall soon be joining there. Since I am a pure vegetarian (not even eggs), how easy/ difficult will it be for me to survive? Initially I will be staying alone so will have to depend on outside food only. What are the options available for a vegetarian Indian?

U can find the same dishes in Oman as plenty of Indian restaurants are spreading there
