removal of ban

Pl help me out by finding out from the concerned authorities in UAE regarding the procedure of getting life time ban imposed 5 years back ( June 2010 ) since infection of Hepatitis B was found. A couple of months later in Aug 2010 the law was changed and persons with Hep B will not be deported.

Question is , how to get the ban removed. No eye scan was done and no stamping has been done on the passport. I believe both Immigration Dept and Ministry of Health will be involved in this.

I suggest when time comes for you to apply for the visa It will be clearer to you if you are banned or not.
there is alote of information on the internet that dont actually exist.
