Vietnamese language club in D7?

Hello! I wonder if there are free Vietnamese language clubs in District 7? I've been staying in HCMC for one month now. I am looking for English teaching jobs and some new friends! I saw a lot of VN language clubs but the meetup is always in D1 >.< My bf and I would love to meet new people around D7 or Phu My Hung! Cheers!
