Interesting that these are now being caught and publicized - in China recently many foreigners had to walk away from million dollar condo's that were illegally built and ordered demolished. With the new rules on foreign ownership, ensure you have a good lawyer and that the building inspection reports are legal and genuine.

Look at the price tags on most of these apartments....I can hardly afford a unit ...😢

I was going to buy some more land and build a new house in the city near me, but it's better to collect the 8% interest, ( on what I would have spent on the land and house ),and rent a house there, leaving me with enough money to cover the rent AND my living expenses.
