Is 15,000 AED a good salary?

Post new topic

I am  a Ghanaian living in Ghana and just got a job at Abu Dhabi as a Civil Designer. I am to relocate by next week. My company is paying for my accommodation (60,000 AED/yr) as well as transport to/from work and insurance. I would like to know if the salary of 15,000AED/month tax free is a good offer?

I would also like to know if my budget of 4,000AED is enough to take care of me for the first month before my salary is paid?

15,000 is good salary, 4,000 should be enough for the first month IF your free accommodation is already arranged by your company.

Good luck

Hi.
It is a very good offer.
Here housing, medical & schooling is the costliest.
All other things are ok. Expenses for a single men will be not more than 2000 dirhams on food etc

Thanks for your reply. I am already in Abu Dhabi. I arrived a week ago.
