Hi, I have a question about my schengen visa.

Will this be considered as overstay or not?

I entered in Belgium on May31, 2015, so I think my stay will be until about end of August, probably, 28th.

But I went to a short trip with my Belgian partner, and I re-entered on 26th of July.

So my latest entry stamp is on 26 July.

This case, If I stay here in belgium 2 more months, will this be considered as an overstay?

If I break the rule, what will it happen?

I am Japanese, and I am staying in Brussels currently.

The easiest solution is to ask your friend to take you to the town hall of the city where he resides. They will clarify your situation and perhaps even extend your visa if you wish ...
