moving to Kerala, update me on radioactivity

Hi. I am going to live in Kerala in a few months and i am worried concerning what i am reading on the web on Radioactivity in this state. Can you please update me ? is there really a problem or not ?

Hi im from kerala..its not in whole kerala but a in place called karunagapally in kollam district. This is what i know so far.
