Dear all I am working in Dammam in a company My Iqama is valid for two Years .If i got some new Position and new visa Please Tell me that can i come back with from from my country after stamping a news Visa on my Passport,

your post isnt very clear

do you have the iqamah from current company already? if so, through iqamah transfer - current company has to transfer iqamah over to new position - dont know anything about middle of contract transfer (ie. almost unheard of)

if you're a new employee you have a 3 month probation period (generally) where you can leave company on your expenses

Yes you can come,your current company provide you final exit visa and then you can come on new visa.

how can be your iqama valid for 2 years? they not issuing 2 years iqama

Your contract might be two years but your iqama will be renewable every year.
