Hi everybody ,
Just have a query.
Is it easy to find job on visiting visa then convert your visiting visa into working visa.
If so then which documents required.
Or its all responsibility of the employer to arrange working visa for me before expiring of my visiting visa.

No, it's impossible. You cannot change status from a visitor visa to anything else. You can only apply for a work visa from a country in which you are legally resident. I believe you can attend interviews on a visitor visa but you must return home regardless. If a company wants to employ you they will help you with the visa process.

Again, you must apply for and receive the visa before you travel to the UK to set up your business.
