Hi,

While living abroad, some expats wish to get involved in the local community life.

What organizations expats can turn to if they want to volunteer in Slovenia?

How to join a charitable institution, what are the steps?

Which causes have the greatest need for volunteers in Slovenia?

I have the same concern.
According to my experience it is quite a tough task to get in touch with a volunteer organisation here.
I wrote several organisations.

Unfortunate I got just one response from hosteling international to be a correspondent in a international magazine and take part in their long-term activity "Say Hi to Slovenia".
