I am now filed final exit visa in my company and my contract will be finish this sept 25, 2015, woking for 4 years, how much benefits will I get?

you will get Half salary for each year as End of Service Benefit !

For first five years, it is half of total salary for every year. As above poster said, you are entitled for 2 monthly salary packages.

Suppose your total package is 10,000 per month. Then on the completion of 4 years, you are entitled for 0.5 x 4 x 10,000 = 20,000.
