Good day guys. Happy Wednesday everyone. I was trying to track my visa this evening. In the website I saw the decision (French to English translation): Issuance of a visa upon presentation of complementary documents. Sorry for my ignorance. Does this mean 100% certainty that I have the visa as soon as I have all the documents asked by the embassy. By the way, I am just waiting for a call. I was denied twice.
