Anyone Staying In/Nearby District Binh Tan - Ho Chi Minh City?

Just to check out to see is there anyone staying nearby wanna to join me for a meal or some drinks at nearby local establishments at evening. Don't worry, I can speak Vietnamese though not accurate but should be more than sufficient to hang around.

Can't go to District 1 so often as it's will take roughly 30~40 minutes or so to travel on motorcycle.

For those who is interested to meet up, don't hesitate to drop me a message.
