Hello everyone,

We are preparing for civil wedding in my hometown this Dec.in Philippines.
My fiancee is European National, may i ask anyone who married a foreign national, if what was your steps to obtain Certificate of Legal capacity to marriage.

1. Did your fiancee apply from his/her country? Or at his/her embassy in Philippines
2. How many days to obtain the Certificate of legal capacity.

hi calyn -it would be in his own country ,impossible to tell how many days would take -best he will contact the relevant department.
