Some people believe in ghosts while others do not. Some may have the first hand experience but others believe that its just a pigment of imagination.

During this time of the year, as All Souls Day (Nov. 2) is coming, it not only reminds me of some of my creepy and horror encounters. It also reminds me of the time that my family, relatives and friends would gather together sharing and listening to ghost stories. I love to hear it from my grandma about some urban legends and myths in our place. I do watch horror movies but I'm not a fan of gruesome and bloody one.

One of the creepiest I encountered so far is the devil ( it still gives me goosebumps as I remember it). One night, I woke up with someone hugging me. I was sleeping in the upper deck of a double deck bed and I know it wouldn't fit for two. So I felt paralyze and no voice was coming out of my mouth as I shouted for help. Then I pray through my mind. I remember my teacher told me that if we are face to face this scary figure, we have the pray the apostle's creed(catholic) 5 times. As I began to pray "I believe in God..", He whispered in my ears "Who is your God?" and he laughed. A creepiest laugh that feel so more real than hearing it from the movie. I repeat the praise again "I believe in God..." and then he said "There is no God. No one will help you". Even scared, I responded  "I believe that there is God and HE will save me" and he laughed again. I don't know how many minutes it took but it was the longest minute of horror in my entire life. He still keep on laughing while hugging me while I keep on praying. I can't even finish the prayer because I get distracted by his laugh and he really is scary. I keep calling God thru my mind. I'm asking for Jesus to save me. After I completed the 3 Apostle's Creed, that's when I feel he loosen his hold on me. That was when I got out and ran. I don't know how long and where the direction I'm taking. Then I saw a door and open it. I pass out. I woke up the next day lying in the kitchen floor. What astounded me is how I got down from the bed. Since then, I never dare to close my light when I'm sleeping.

Do you have any similar encounter or do you have more scarier story to share?
