How is the best way to go out and live in Thailand eg getting a permanent visa work wise etc and how is the best way to do it most important thing is getting the money

The best way and the only way it's to get a job in Thailand. You can do business too but it's very hard to open your own company. You must find a thai partner and stay with 49% for you. Much money in Lawers and taxes.
If you get any contract in Thailand, don't forget that...the tourist visa cannot be converted. You must go to other country first...Cambodia? It's an option.

On your bio it says you are married to a Thai. Get an O visa based on marriage. Extend based on marriage in Thailand. People on marriage extension can get a work permit.

Depending on your age there might be other options.

Alternatively get a job offer here and get a B visa.
