I need advises on how to travel from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap by coach. Can anyone help?

I only fly between Sr and PP. I always use Bassaka Air. the airfares come out 30 days in advance and if you get in quickly you can fly for not a great deal more than bUs. EG: one way for around 20$. I flew return in November during Bon Om Touk and it was 40$ return. Very quick and convenient.
