How To Share Numbers and Emails

Hi,
Can anyone clarify how to share numbers and emails on this forum. As sharing on replies and messages are simply violation of policies.
Need an expert advise.

There are a lot of problems on the internet with very strange people who collect contact details for various uses.
Sometimes it's to bombard people with porn rubbish or gambling stuff, others are sex pests, and a lot just spam the heck out of any email address they collect.
That being the case, our members are protected by the admin's policy of not allowing any contact details on the open forums.

Sharing by PM is fine, as long as the sender isn't doing any of the above, or anything else with nasty intent.
