could anyone suggest good visa consultancy from Mumbai/Pune for Belgium visa processing?

To be honest it is a waste of money. VFS website is pretty clear about the documentation requirements. All the documents must be arranged by you anyway. All the agency does is to put them in a file and apply in VFS.

To answer your question, some of my friends used 'Thomas Cook' and seems their service is good.
