Moving to HCM and need some advice

I'm moving to HCM in a couple of months, so I'm looking for a place to stay and work. I have been teaching for the last 6 years in Thailand and I also dj during the weekends.
Any information would be very appreciated.

For the accommodation search, I suggest you to view the Ho Chi Minh City classifieds > accommodation section as well. You can even post an advert there.
