Need support to make criminal records in VN

Hi Everyone.

I'm Laura. It's very nice to me to join expat group. I have difficulty while taking care of my papers in Vietnam and I really need support from you, my friends.

I come to VN for working with DN visa. I live in my friend's house and it seems my friend can't register for me due to the police ward he said that it's impossible to register for living if the relation only between friend and friend. They only accept my friend register in case: as husband/ wife, kid or parents.

Actually I want to live in my friend's house to save the living cost. But that meant I can't make criminal records in VN to proceed my work permit and the other papers as well.

I would like to ask everyone here, who have experience or any suggestion solve my case? Is there anyone or any service sponsor for me to register with police to make complete my papers.
