Well, to answer you precisely: In overall, the job market variations are linked to the budget allocation in organizations. As two calendars are in effect here: Gregorian and Hijri. You can say it's first quarter of each of the calendars.

Private sectors with not-so-much to do with the government sector (for projects for example) will start hiring early next month. Vice versa, the public sector or companies having considerable dependency on govt. financial resources and budget allocations have already started the headhunting processes as this is the third month of the Hijri calendar (Rabi-al-Awal).

For a SAP consultant profile in specific, the rest of the year will go in slow slant with openings few and far between.

thankyou bro.....do u have any idea about the average salary of a sap consultant?

TheLegendLeads

No clue. But fortunately you can extract some info at:

- Glassdoor - https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/index.htm
- Bayt.com - http://www.bayt.com/en/salaries/

much appreciated brother :)

I think for SAP consultants, companies are now preferring to hire Saudi nationals to get up to their Nitaqat status....

When you are here, be open to any type of jobs and not close minded for a specific type of job profile...

Also hiring is based on those 2 calendars, but can happen any time except from Ramadan till Eid-ul-Adha...

Best time would be Jan - Mar...

Hope this helps...
