Planning to bring my saving to UK from Turkey, any tax issue ?

Don't think so; assuming you made the money when you were not a UK resident, no UK tax is due. However, once you become a UK resident, you will liable for any taxes.

This link may help you with UK tax issues once you are resident in the UK.

If you have a large sum of money, I'd recommend talking to an Independent Financial Advisor.

Check this UK tax website, I think they sort out basically on money and tax issues, even claim money back from HMRC for my colleagues
