The guy working there really knows what he is doing(I have used him for my car radio, my dad for a TV some time ago), but unfortunately I'm not sure whether he knows English.

If you have a Samsung there is a deaicated shop by The Mall, or there's a shop next to the Vets by Billa, who does Computers drop in there and ask he speaks good English and will help you.
