Blacklist on Visit Visa

Post new topic

gunner757

So I've heard a very common story from my friend .

A man came into Bahrain under sponsorship on visit visa .
As he was interested in business .

Anyways , the sponsor demands 5000 BD or he said he will blacklist him .

My question , can he come to Bahrain on a new passport if he didn't give his biometrics while he was in Bahrain ?

On a fresh new passport ?

Gosh this problem is becoming all too common.
Anyone from authority going to sort this mess.
Or is it a question of local versus outsider?
Don't hold your breath.

The black listing can be challenged in the court of law. But, a fresh passport "I think" is still linked to old records. The cheat won't work in my opinion. The proper way of doing this is to go through authorities.

@gunner757 did you ever get a resolution to your questions?

Sadly justice doesn't prevail in some parts of life here .

It's immigration ban due to overstay. There is nothing you can do except find out how long it is for.

And this is a 2 year old post. Use a new thread for questions if you have any.
