I'll visiting Yogyakarta this coming july with my young children for vacation for a few days. Can someone give me some advice to find a good place to stay with a swimming pool. Looking for a payable, clean room ..... thank you.

Just go to Agoda.com, and pick the one you like best.

I've found Agoda to be generally the cheapest of the booking sites, and never had the slightest problem with their service.
In fact, I've found them friendly and, on the one occasion there could have been a problem, the operator rang the hotel for us to make sure all was well.
Impressive service, so they get a recommendation from me.

As an extra note, Jogja is one of my favourite cities in Indonesia, and there's lots to do there.
Make sure you take one day to visit the temple at Borobudur, that world heritage site is stunning at worst, and absolutely spectacular at best.
Plenty of car hire places around Jalan Malioboro will sort you out at a reasonable price.
