Visa for disabled brother

Post new topic

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help.

I have a brother with learning difficulties (not physically disabled) who lives with me.
We live in the UK but are hoping to move to Riyadh once I secure a job offer.
I wanted to know if it would be possible for myself to get a visitor visa for him. I have heard that the law has recently changed and it is only children and parents that can now come on a visit visa.
Any information would help.
Regards.

I would speak with the recruitment agents as well as the employers, and then finalize the details with the the Saudi Arabian Embassy.

It is very honorable to take care of your brother, I hope you succeed in arriving to Saudi Arabia.

Thank you for your message Deyaa1989- I hope so too.
The principal from the school who will employ me has told me to find out as he is also under the presumption I cannot obtain a visit visa for my brother because of the change in law.
I have emailed the Saudi Embassy in the UK, maybe ill follow it up with a phone call.

In fact, no relevant laws have been recently changes. But your understanding is right: Visit visas are issued to parents, spouses and kids.
