i have personal loan with SABB Bank... nowdays termination is going on in my company.... what is the policy of bank if company terminate me? and how to pay the loan amount?

Banks gives loans based on a calculation of your end of service benefit with the company. So they will recover this amount from this. If the amount is still outstanding you will have to arrange it from some place else before you are allowed to leave.
