Maybe you should be more clear about you want to know.
If Stumpy get the information by using Google in less then 5 seconds, than it will works for you as well. You have then the right website with the information you'll need.

If you arrived in the Netherlands you need to register yourself at the city hall. preferably within a few days after arrival.
