I have been looking for while about this topic. it seems like everyone state that it is so difficult unless someone manages to have some sort of sponsorship. is this right?

To get work overseas is difficult. You first have to have many years of experience and qualifications before you will be considered.

A Google search will give you websites which offer jobs in whatever country and industry you are looking to head to.

If you are lucky enough to get offered a job then the company will organize visas etc for you.
