Can some one tell me about brother visit visa that how i can bring my younger brothe for visit visa of three months.

Though, you can apply for brother's visa on Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, it's declined in 100% cases.

It's totally not allowed, no need to spent either your time or applying for that. Tell him to come Umra visa (and contact any local agency for that) if he is Muslim or ask your company to give visit visa as business purpose it's might be work out for you. Have a happy time Brother.
