Milli Kütüphane, Bahçelievler Çankaya http://www.mkutup.gov.tr/tr/Sayfalar/default.aspx

Or-An Sevgiliyılı library.
http://oransevgiyilikutup.gov.tr/

And I advice you to visit university libraries. But need registration.
