I am looking for Arabic speaking Phd students in Thai universities
for helping my Aranbic learning as well as for job offer.

PhD students usually have enough to do already, because you know, they are trying to do a PhD in their field of study. I certainly didn't have time to teach anyone another language! Why do you want a PhD student in particular to teach you Arabic? I'm sure there are other resources and qualified people to help you.
