Moving household goods

Hi. So excited am now selling up and moving to Malta with my Husband and cat.
What i would like to know is how people have moved their household goods to Malta and how much it cost. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'd advise to start, you search the forum here, as this question has been asked and answered many times already.

One thing to keep in mind is that unless you are buying a house here, ( which most expats would advise against ) the vast majority of rental properties are fully furnished and there will not be room for your furniture!
If you only bring personal items, then a good way to ship them is to use MaltaPost Send on service.
A full size pallet box (120 x 80 x 80 cms) weighing 200 Kg will cost around €200 from their hub in Kettering, Northamptonshire and delivered to your door in Malta. We used them for some stuff we had in storage in the UK in February and it took 7 working days for it to arrive in Gozo.
