Dear, Bhavna a lot of thanks for your kind  information.i already contract with consulate he told me it is on arrival visa for the bangladeshi....

as i read the from internet i think u can only obtain tourist visa on arrival , but if u want to have then u have to seek permit from the consulate and the Labore Ministry ,
