Are old messages in an inbox deleted after some time or inaccessible?
I am missing several important messages, it appears.

Does Libya have a database for people or citizens?
What info is included in it?
Who has access to it?

Sometimes I see something that is translated from Arabic to English as "laaarb".
What does this mean? Is it like lol?

Old messages in your inbox are neither deleted nor rendered inaccessible. Only you can manage your private messaging system on Expat.Com except in this case : Anti spam system & new rules.
