At Alternativa LaOleh [Moderated] we help new immigrants ('olim') from Latin America find jobs here in Israel. Providing a free service, we're especially good at doing this thanks to our network of passionate volunteers, who mentor the immigrant, and ensure she or he find an appropriate job.

Our services are free and we are constantly on the lookout for new donors. Our appeals are in Spanish, French, English and Hebrew. We currently need help translating stories about the immigrants we've helped into Spanish. This can be done either at your home, or at our offices in Herzliya.
