The children who are born in UAE are entitled for any facilities from the UAE Govt?

Rather unfortunate as started by PRFernando...Being born here does not give you any link to UAE privileges. Any foreign child born here takes up the parents passports and hence the birth is only registered at your embassy or consulate.
