Learn to drive from scratch in Kuwait

Can anyone recommend a driving instructor who can teach my wife to drive from scratch. My wife has never driven in her life and wants to drive. An intense course of lessons 4 or 6 hours a day for as long as it take would be ideal. We would prefer a lady instructor who must speak English.
