Hello everyone,

Being an expat in Taiwan can turn out to be a wonderful human, social or professional adventure... with potential moments of nostalgia and homesickness along the way.

What are your personal tips to prevent homesickness?

How do you deal with such feelings?

Are there shops or stores offering products from your home country in Taiwan? Or maybe venues with music and ambiance from your homeland?

Hi...If you are Taiwan than start adapting yourself in accordance to the surroundings..Start making new friends..Learn little chinese language...and try to move out with friends ...

Yes, agree with Reshu111us.
I don't doubt that many foreign workers have such homesickness once they leave for their job in Taiwan.
Go out to look around many scenery in Taiwan is great idea too. It's much better if you can have friends with you. Take care.
