What is the quality of the vehicles? Do they have the AC going when they arrive? Is Uber Black cheaper than the taxis? Do the regular Taxis have the AC on when they show up?

99.9% have AC, any kind of Uber or Grab you need to compare at time of booking as some time at peak time.
