From HCMC to Can Tho: 3,5 hours
From HCMC to Ben Tre: 2,5 hours (85 km)
From HCMC to Mui Ne: 4~5 hours (220 km)
Anyway, that would be better if u n ur wife buy a Mekong Delta Tour 
. It includes Can Tho & Ben Tre Province.
There is many tourist agency here, u can find easily in Pham Ngu Lao Street, District 1, HCMC.
