Can i apply again for residents ID card if i have been refused before?

I love to know it's possible to apply again for residents ID card if they refuse me first time.. Thanks 😁

It will depend on the reasons for the original refusal.

If it was you didn't qualify because you did not have healthcare cover or proof of something but now you do ,then you can  reapply.

I was also refused in first instance as I didn't had an Employer Number. This thread describes what I did ( https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=641494 ).

Not saying it works. But if more people complain about their behaviour, they will have to act somehow at a certain moment.

OP is Serbian, and Serbia is not a EU member state.  Your answer is incorrect.
