Hi,

I find it difficult to decide for a new internet provider....so who do you use and what plan/costs.

I recommend Telikom 4g cellular. It is the best (not perfect, but better) and it is the cheapest of digicel and mobile. Depending on how much internet you need they have various plans. K125 for 7 GB for 30 days, k250 for 15 GB for 45 days. You can also get much less. I have tried them ask and theirs is the best and cheapest. There modem is K300, but I use an old 4G smartphone as a hotspot just fine.
